Her skills include networking, advocacy, crisis management.
Why Thula? Thula Trust allows her to advocate and empower teenagers and working with families to provide least restrictive options for them. Giving hope to teenagers and providing a safe place to talk is her goal.

Siphiwe
CEO
Siphiwe has a degree in Accounts and Finance. She has extensive managerial experience, recruitment, tender management. Since retirement from corporate finances , she runs a successful small scale family business as well as teaching Mathematics and Accounts to local teenagers and holds monthly financial literacy workshops. Why Thula? As a mother and grand mother of girls, Siphiwe believes in empowering the young people so they can be independent and resilient. Siphiwe enjoys advocating for their rights.

Kelly
Assistant project leader for school workshops
Kelly has a bachelor of social science Honours in Developmental Studies.Her key skill are Advocate, Peer educator, workshop writer and facilitator 
She is passionate about making a difference and making the world a better by reaching out and helping people â€˜What I love about working with Thula trust...is getting the opportunity to give hope to the teenage pregnant mother's tht hve been shut out by society...giving them the reason to rediscover themselves and make the best out of themselves.Thula trust is the hope to teenage mothers and  a reason to see their future unfold once again’

Nobuhle
Co- founder & Project Lead for clinics and hospitals outreach
Has qualification and experience as an Environmental health technician and as a pre-school and high school teacher. As a former teen mum she brings a worth of experience to the team. She is a good listener, an advocate, has good networking skills and she is passionate about what she does. 
 Why thula? She is passionate about social issues and social justice. At Thula she is able to fulfil her desire to empower and support teenagers during their most vulnerable time of transition. Uplifting the girl child and advocating for their rights is her daily goal. 

Michelle
Assistant Project Leader for clinics and hospital outreach
Michelle has a degree in Developmental Studies. Her past experience include working as an Aid  and Development officer. she has good  communication skills and multilingual capabilities. She has good interpersonal skills and her enthusiasm is contagious. 
Why Thula? Michelle believes in advocating for and challenging stigma  faced by teen mothers by re connecting them to the society. Through Thula, Michelle hopes to improve the lives of disadvantaged teenage mothers

Fun, bubbly Sammy still at high schoolShe enjoys dancing and helps the team to produce fun packed workshops. 
She is assertive and is not afraid to ask questions, she provides insight into what being a young girl feels like.Sammy helps to bring awareness of our organisation.
